Description

• The Lead Payroll Specialist is part of the CFO Team, managing payroll for Xero’s operations globally. • Requires multi-tasking, prioritization, and in-depth knowledge of UK and EMEA payroll and tax. • Responsible for optimizing payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. • Build relationships with PX and finance teams for support and advisory roles in payroll matters. • Current payroll system in use is Netsuite with integrations to Workday.

Requirements

• Strong payroll knowledge and 5+ years’ experience in processing UK payroll • Experience dealing with third party payroll providers • Experience with Netsuite and Workday is a plus • Knowledge of other EMEA payroll an advantage
