📋 Description

• Are you a visionary game designer with a passion for creating captivating mobile gaming experiences? • We are looking for an experienced Lead Game Designer to lead the design and development of a new mobile game. • In this critical role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing the game mechanics, systems, and features that will define the player's experience. • Responsibilities include leading the creation of the game's core concept, mechanics, and gameplay loops, managing creative ideation, planning and supervising the work of game designers, defining Game Design Documents, and collaborating on monetization systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years in a Lead role. • Proven track record of designing successful mobile games from concept to launch. • Understanding of industry trends, market, and target audiences. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed design decisions. • Leader’s mindset and strong soft skills. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
