• Support review of large financial payment system’s people, process, and technology. • Work with stakeholders for modernization and optimization analysis. • Conduct stakeholder engagement and document reviews. • Perform market research and network analysis. • Develop customer journey maps and feasibility analyses. • Prepare comprehensive report with findings and recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience as a business consultant or related experience • Demonstrable experience working within the financial field • Strong understanding of process improvement techniques, risk management, and change management • Experience supporting modernization in regulatory environments • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in process analysis tools and techniques • US Citizenship required.
