Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Proven experience (5-10+ years) in a senior operational leadership role • Ad Industry-specific experience or engagement-driven monetization tools experience • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms) • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Experience in managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
