• Lead the full cycle of the recruitment process in the company • Constantly expand the recruitment funnel for each vacancy, systematically form and fill the company's candidate base. • Ensure the hiring of A-players, constantly improving the recruitment process and ensuring a high level of User Experience of candidates interviewed by the company • Constantly monitor, test and select progressive methods of candidate search and selection based on the world's best solutions • Continuously drive and improve the candidate search and recruitment process • Maintain all candidate profiles in ATS with care, accuracy and diligence

Requirements

• Successful experience in IT Recruitment of one year or more • Ability to communicate in Russian & English (at least Intermediate level) • High level of responsibility, autonomy and development orientation • Willingness to work in a multi-tasking mode • Ability to work deeply and thoroughly through a task: whether it is a new business process or a vacancy from an unfamiliar subject area • Experience working with various extensions and plugins for recruiting • Be ready for hiring in CIS region is a must • Experience in hiring PHP developers, QA, Product Designers, Owners and Analysts • Have both in-house and agency experience • Experience closing English-speaking jobs would be a plus • Have rolling profiles on facebook, linkedin, Habr. Career, etc. with a contact base of 500+ • You know how to build long-term relationships with candidates so that you always have someone to come back to • Experience in executive search
