📋 Description

• XTIVIA is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect / Software Developer to join our partner’s dynamic team and take a key role in translating business requirements into innovative technical solutions. • Collaborate with both internal and external technology teams to gain a deep understanding of our existing infrastructure while developing and supporting cutting-edge healthcare applications. • Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing enhancements to our technology portfolio. • Working closely with both internal teams and external consultants, you will define clear technical requirements for priority business initiatives and ensure successful project delivery by actively monitoring progress. • Your responsibilities will encompass problem analysis, solution architecture, minimum viable product design, proof of concept development, technical leadership, software development leadership using Agile Scrum, quality assurance, security analysis, and non-functional requirements. • As a thought leader in the industry, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in our solutions. • Play a crucial role in developing prototypes and proof of concepts to evaluate and demonstrate the feasibility of new technologies and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience as a Software Developer with at least 5 years of Solution Architecture experience • Strong software development experience in using: React.js, HTML, CSS3, Rest APIs, Python • Solutions experience with AWS Technologies: api gateway, aurora, cloudfront, cognito, ec2, eks, fargate, route 53, simple email service (ses), simple queue service (sqs), amplify, codebuild, codecommit, codepipeline, fargate, glue crawler, glue, key management service, lambda, quicksight, redshift, s3, sagemaker, transit gateway, web application firewall (waf), cloudtrail, dynamodb, ebs backup, elastic container registry, elastic load balancing, kubernetes master, step functions, transfer family, transit gateway • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using agile methodologies. • Prior experience with Identity Access Management Frameworks used in Web Portals and experience with UX Development • Experience with source code management and application deployment. • Current understanding of best practices regarding data and system security • Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST and NIST CSF preferred • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
