Description
• The Solutions Engineering team are customer facing product experts supporting growth by educating customers. • A Solutions Engineer listens to customers, understands requirements, and translates them into solutions using Grafana Labs technology. • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, own technical engagements, and drive product conversations based on customer needs. • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, and create enablement materials.
Requirements
• Must be located in Great Lakes region • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Be open to various and complex assignments, this will require strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers • Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers • Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
