🎯 Requirements

• Graduate-level degree in life sciences, chemistry, bioinformatics, computational biology, physics, or management (candidates with a Master’s degree in management must have significant pharmaceutical and life sciences experience in their professional background). • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as consulting or investment banking, with a focus on strategy, project management, or pharma-specific roles. • Expertise in pharmaceutical areas such as drug discovery, clinical trials, or drug production. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple pharma companies. • Self-starter with the ability to create and execute strategic initiatives in a new domain. • Proficiency in financial and business modeling is preferred. • Knowledge of quantum computing is a plus but not mandatory; the willingness to learn is essential.
