• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research domain to join their elite team. • The successful candidate possesses a thorough understating of complete sales process and responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) market. • As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and promoting our SaaS solutions to meet their specific needs and build and run a strong sales team.
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in the SaaS industry, within the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research domain. • Experience of Sales in US/Europe geographies is mandatory. • Must have a proven track record of scaling the business. • Strong understanding of the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research sectors, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex clients requirements and propose effective solutions. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences.
