📋 Description

• As the Social Media Intern, you will elevate Yelp's social media presence by supporting the growth and optimization of Yelp’s social media accounts. • You will report to Yelp’s Senior Social Media Manager and assist with monthly editorial calendars, content creation, and copywriting, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. • You will create, execute, and schedule social content according to monthly editorial calendars. • You will identify trends and conversations for content creation opportunities. • You will activate on trending moments with quick turnarounds. • You will capture and edit video content from local businesses.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a recent college graduate or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in the United States. • You currently reside in Los Angeles or New York City, have reliable transportation options, and are 21+. • You have the ability to work up to 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday. • You have familiarity with social media tools like Sprout Social, Canva, and InShot. • You have experience with shooting and editing short form video content for both Instagram and TikTok. • You have experience with social media copywriting and asset coordination. • You have experience with community management. • You are incredibly organized. • You are a creative at heart with the ability to contribute to social media content.
