Description
• Manually review and update raw financial transaction spend data • Verify corrections to financial transaction data following U.S. accounting rules • Thoroughly review expense trends • Deduplicate overlapping transactions • Adjust and infer amortization dates of expenses • Verify and tag the correct vendor for each transaction • Document data issues and collaborate with other teams
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a data or quality assurance analyst • 1 year of full-time work experience as an A/P bookkeeper, junior accountant, or similar using U.S. accounting practices • Experience with Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, or similar ERP software • Exceptional attention to detail • Experience working with large datasets • Experience managing multiple processes in parallel • Problem-solving and puzzle-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
