β€’ YipitData is a leading market research and analytics firm and recently raised up to $475M from The Carlyle Group at a valuation of over $1B. β€’ We analyze billions of alternative data points every day to provide accurate, detailed insights on ridesharing, e-commerce marketplaces, payments, and more. β€’ We are looking for an Sales Enablement Specialist (Official Title: Revenue Enablement Associate) to join our team to help onboard, develop, train and coach our four core Revenue roles (SDR, Sales, Client Strategy, Business Development). β€’ Your day-to-day will involve delivering a best-in-class, 5-week training program to YipitData Revenue new hires (roles range from SDR, Sales, Client Strategy, and Business Development) and facilitating classroom and blended learning experiences.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ You have 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience (in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus!) β€’ You have experience building and facilitating best-in-class training programs for sales roles (including, but not limited to: live training, async assignments, certification programs, evaluation mechanisms, etc) β€’ You have a close understanding and a strong point of view on sales process and what great looks like β€’ You have leveraged sales tools: Salesforce, Apollo, Groove, Clari, Gong, etc. β€’ You have leveraged content management and LMS tools: Confluence, 360Learning, etc. β€’ You have outstanding audience engagement skills, with great composure and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience β€’ You are a self-starter with strong judgment and an eye for the nuances of our business. β€’ You regularly owned projects from start to finish, with limited input from subject matter experts β€’ You love coaching and role plays and can use these to create impact with new hires

β€’ The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $80,000~$90,000. β€’ This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States.
