Description

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks. • Maintain and update the CRM system. • Generate and distribute regular sales reports. • Assist in preparing for sales events, trade shows etc. • Conduct market research to identify potential customers. • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the tech industry. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Fluent in English, German is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools preferred • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. • Highly motivated and enthusiastic. • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
