📋 Description
• Incarner et transmettre la vision, les valeurs et les objectifs de Yousign aux développeurs de ta squad • Faire grandir ton équipe par de l’accompagnement individuel sur le savoir-être et le savoir-faire des développeurs • T’assurer que la dynamique d’équipe, le respect des échéances et la qualité technique des livrables sont au rendez-vous • Communiquer clairement le bon niveau d’information : planning, enjeux et difficultés de ton équipe • Participer au recrutement du pôle Engineering • T’assurer du suivi des processus de delivery et des rituels dans ton équipe • Prendre la responsabilité des choix d’architecture effectués dans ton équipe • Participer au besoin à la revue technique des fonctionnalités développées
🎯 Requirements
• Une première expérience en tant que Engineering Manager • Capacité à fédérer et faire grandir ton équipe : individuellement et collectivement • Capacité d’organisation et de priorisation • Bonne connaissance des méthodes agiles (Lean / Kanban / SCRUM) • Background technique solide, construit à l’aide d’une expérience significative en tant que développeur (front-end et/ou back-end) • Capacité à mener un cadrage d’architecture et à confronter les enjeux business / produit avec les contraintes techniques • Capacité à adopter une posture de doer lorsque cela est nécessaire • Recherche constante de l’amélioration continue des outils, processus et méthodes de son équipe • Anglais écrit et parlé • Une expérience précédente dans une entreprise SaaS B2B / un éditeur de logiciel est un plus
