• About the Organization: YouthBuild Global supports opportunity youth globally. • Reporting to the CEO, the EVP,PS drives global network engagement. • Will integrate efforts of three senior leaders to offer world-class support to programs. • They will ensure network engagement increases across the global network of YouthBuild programs. • Seeking an empathic leader skilled in program operations management. • Aligning work with organizational values to center youth voices and program needs.
• Supporting the Network Engagement team, ensure our network evolution strengthens our relationship with global programs. • Amplify the vision for the present and future of YouthBuild Global, inspiring, and motivating others. • Provide strategic leadership in developing and achieving annual program goals and objectives. • Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and success across all YouthBuild Global program initiatives. • Continuously monitor implementation and evaluation of the YouthBuild model across all program types. • Support the development and implementation of YouthBuild’s new data reporting and evaluation tool, Data YouthBuild (DYB) 2.0. • Oversee teams that support program development, implementation, and evaluation while leveraging DYB. • Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer, the full ELT, and field-facing teams across the organization. • Catalyze the leadership of three senior leaders (two vice presidents and a senior director). • Ensure that YouthBuild Global team members have a learning orientation and remain current regarding best practices. • Creatively solve problems and name opportunities to strengthen the organization’s culture, systems, practices and behaviors. • Support the continued financial sustainability of YouthBuild Global’s program model through sound fiscal management. • Develop and nurture strong partnerships and relationships.
