• LOCATION: Remote • About Us: At Delta Dental of Massachusetts, our mission is to advance oral health for a healthier tomorrow. • Job Summary: Our Senior Health Care Data Analyst plays a pivotal role at Delta Dental of Massachusetts, performing research and analysis of complex data including patient oral health, provider network performance and sales analytics. • What You'll Bring: Expertise: You excel in exploration and analyses of data, business intelligence (BI) tools, and data visualization. • Collaboration: You are committed to cross functional partnerships with business experts to enable data driven decisions. • Communication: Your skills include presenting technical findings to leadership teams in written and visual formats. • Key Responsibilities: Partner with subject matter experts and clinical teams to enable data-driven decisions. • Lead analytics projects, including understanding the business issue, data preparation, analysis, and presentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in analyses, and BI visualization tools. • Advanced SQL experience. • Advanced Excel experience. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems. • Independent, collaborative self-starter. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Preferred: Experience with Sigma (or similar BI tool), Snowflake and R. • Experience with dental or healthcare provider or payer data. • Foundation in statistical theory and practice. • Experience with Agile project management.
