• Leadership et engagement HSE : Développer et promouvoir une culture HSE forte en assurant la conformité et l’amélioration continue du système de gestion HSE. • Mise en œuvre des politiques et formation : Concevoir, déployer et animer des formations HSE adaptées aux besoins des équipes, tout en encadrant et guidant les collaborateurs. • Supervision des opérations : Coordonner les responsables HSE, assurer le suivi des audits, des inspections et garantir la conformité réglementaire des projets. • Analyse et reporting : Suivre les indicateurs de performance HSE, rédiger des rapports et proposer des plans d’action pour améliorer la sécurité et l’environnement de travail. • Collaboration et engagement des parties prenantes : Interagir avec les équipes internes et externes, participer aux réunions clients et garantir l’alignement avec les objectifs HSE.
🎯 Requirements
• Expérience et expertise : Minimum 5 ans dans un poste HSE similaire, idéalement dans la construction, les services ou l’industrie. • Compétences techniques : Bonne maîtrise des réglementations HSE françaises et internationales, ainsi que des certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Nebosh, SCC – un atout). • Outils informatiques : Excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et capacité à analyser des données HSE. • Langues et mobilité : Anglais courant (écrit et oral indispensable) et disponibilité pour des déplacements en France et en Europe (environ 60 %). • Qualités personnelles : Leadership affirmé, capacité à fédérer, gestion du stress et des conflits, intelligence émotionnelle et approche proactive orientée solutions.
