Description
• Manage supplier campaigns and communicate progress to Z2Data's customers • Communication with suppliers to obtain important information and data • Act as a primary point of contact for large & complex suppliers • Receive inbound calls from suppliers, offering solutions and guidance
Requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written skills in English • Background in administration, data management, customer or supplier support, or call center operations • Ability to be detail oriented and prioritize tasks • Skilled in using Excel and Microsoft Office
Benefits
• Open to consulting contract at $25 - $35/hr • Open to FTE with full benefits at $50,000/year to $68,000/year
