Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and support. • Develop and nurture strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Contribute to the growth and expansion of existing accounts through strategic planning and execution. • Oversee a designated sales territory, collaborating closely with Marketing, Solutions, and Alliances teams. • Coordinate and follow up on prospecting leads (via digital channels, phone, and email) with the Marketing Team to secure new business. • Engage senior-level executives using a consultative sales approach to identify and understand their cloud services needs, including both storage and compute solutions. • Partner with Solution Architects (SAs) to design tailored compute and storage solutions that meet customer requirements. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes impacting the Asia and Africa markets to provide relevant insights and advice to clients.

Requirements

• Must reside in Japan and have valid work authorization. • Fluency in Japanese is mandatory, including the ability to facilitate and translate deep technical discussions; ability to speak and write in Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English is mandatory. • 5+ years corporate account management and sales experience. • 5+ years of IT Sales Experience (cloud services experience) • Strong experience in technology sales, particularly to Managed Services Providers. • Prior digital sales experience. • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and clients as required.
