β’ Develop and execute test plans, including test strategy definition, tester configuration, socket selection, and validation for RF IC packages, including small signal, power amplifier, and mmWave components. β’ Perform in-depth characterization of RF devices, measuring parameters such as gain, noise figure, linearity (IIP3, OIP3, OP1dB), EVM, settling time, and spurious response. β’ Conduct bias controller tests involving ADC and DAC characterization. β’ Execute reliability testing as required. β’ Support bench to ATE correlation. β’ Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues. β’ Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation. β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest RF testing technologies and industry standards. β’ Travel to international sites, such as Taiwan, for project support as needed. β’ Collaborate closely with design engineering to optimize product testability and manufacturability. β’ Drive ATE bring-up, optimization, and production ramp-up, adhering to industry best practices and GRR methodologies. β’ Optimization of hander settings for best RF performance. β’ Analyze test data to identify process improvements, yield enhancement opportunities, and cost reduction strategies. β’ Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
β’ Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field. β’ Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in RF testing. β’ Proficiency in RF test equipment and software (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes). β’ Strong programming proficiency (C++, Python, Matlab, Perl) and in-depth understanding of ATE testing methodologies. β’ Strong understanding of RF circuit theory and measurement techniques. β’ In-depth knowledge of RF testing standards and methodologies. β’ Experience with 5G RF testing is highly preferred. β’ Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC). β’ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to work effectively in a team environment. β’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
