β€’ Seeking a highly skilled RF Tester with 5-10 years of experience. β€’ Execute comprehensive testing of RF IC packages, primarily LGA. β€’ Develop and execute test plans, including strategy definition and validation. β€’ Perform in-depth characterization of RF devices measuring critical parameters. β€’ Conduct bias controller tests and execute reliability testing. β€’ Support bench to ATE correlation and analyze test data. β€’ Collaborate with engineering teams and maintain detailed documentation. β€’ Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and standards. β€’ Travel internationally for project support as needed. β€’ Collaborate closely with design engineering for product optimization. β€’ Mentor and develop team members to foster technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in RF testing. β€’ Proficiency in RF test equipment and software (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes). β€’ Strong programming proficiency (C++, Python, Matlab, Perl) and in-depth understanding of ATE testing methodologies. β€’ Strong understanding of RF circuit theory and measurement techniques. β€’ In-depth knowledge of RF testing standards and methodologies. β€’ Experience with 5G RF testing is highly preferred. β€’ Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC). β€’ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a team environment. β€’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. β€’ Hands-on experience in small signal testing (LNA, LNA+SW) at 8GHz, including parameters like gain, noise figure, two-tone IIP3, OIP3, OP1dB, EVM, and settling time. β€’ Expertise in noise figure testing with 0.05dB accuracy. β€’ Experience in small signal pre-driver testing, including OIP3 measurement. β€’ Proficiency in mmWave LNA testing (gain, NF, OP1dB, OIP3, NF 1-2dB). β€’ Knowledge of mmWave up-down converter testing (gain, NF, OIPdB, OIP3, spurious response) within the 15-35 GHz frequency range. β€’ Experience in mmWave beamformer transceiver testing (gain, phase, efuse, gain, NF, OP1dB, OIP3, EVM). β€’ Expertise in 8GHz power amplifier testing, including bias sequencing, leakage currents, quiescent currents, AM2PM, pulsed-CW with 5% duty cycle in pulse RF, and modulated tests (average gain, efficiency, ACLR). β€’ RF theory and application, ATE systems, test program development, data analysis, project management, statistical process control (SPC), and yield improvement. β€’ Experience with reliability testing methods. β€’ Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for test automation. β€’ Experience with statistical data analysis tools.
