Description
•General operation of customer networks and core network operations •Communication with customers, follow-up in service matters, system documentation, and audits •Advising on the selection of equipment and solutions for customers, including utility solutions and equipment installations •Operation of security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and similar technologies •Assisting customers in resolving technical issues
Requirements
•Solid experience required, with at least 5 years of operating online solutions •A matriculation certificate, apprenticeship, technical education, or university degree relevant to the role is preferred •Formal technical certifications such as NSE, CCNA, CCNP, Network+, and CWNA are preferred •Experience working with service systems, documentation, planning, and audit reports •An interest in programming and automation is a plus •Proficiency in English
