• Michael and Associates is a new type of criminal defense firm seeking a Sales/Intake Attorney to help the firm onboard clients. • You are the first interaction people have, and you represent the firm’s brand. • Your job is to sell potential clients on the value our firm could bring to their case. • This role provides an opportunity to have a truly positive impact on thousands of peoples lives. • Each day, you will be responsible for a schedule of calls with ~20 potential new clients. • You will develop a deep knowledge of criminal law and how we approach various types of cases. • As you talk to them, you will put them at ease and give them hope. • As a client’s first touch point, you are one of the firm’s primary spokespeople. • We’re already on track to become one of the largest criminal defense firms in Texas. • We embrace technology and continuous improvement to enhance client service. • We believe teamwork leads to a better work environment and better outcomes for our clients. • You’ll be helping improve our clients’ lives in a big way.

Requirements

• You Enjoy Doing Consults and Have Spent at least 1 year selling to new clients • Great Phone Sales Skills • Appropriate License • You Love Being on the Phones

• Competitive Salary Range: $130000– $200000 per year
