• Zeel is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technology Manager with expertise in marketing automation and data-driven campaign execution. • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute messaging campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer loyalty, demand, and provider engagement. • Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and automation. • Develop and execute transactional, lifecycle, and promotional messaging campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across email, SMS, and push notifications. • Code emails in HTML/CSS with Ampscript personalization. • Ensure high deliverability rates through proactive management of list health. • Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies. • Analyze campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on campaign development, automation, analytics and list health. • Proactive problem solver who is comfortable independently researching and troubleshooting new tools and features. • Hands-on experience with front-end coding (HTML, CSS, SFMC Ampscript) for email development and customization. • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills including experience using workflow visualization tools such as Lucid to diagram lifecycle campaigns. • Strong proficiency in quantitative campaign reporting & analysis.
