📋 Description
• Play a key role in enabling solar customers’ aerial inspections. • Responsible for daily site preparation and inspection coordination. • Manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in sales operations processes. • Onboard client information and be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections. • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints. • Develop and lead initiatives centered around improving scheduling process and streamlining communications. • Maintain awareness of the pipeline for your assigned verticals.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 1 year of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. • Able to problem-solve with support. • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support. • Organized and detail oriented. • Works well in cross functional teams. • Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as good data management practices.
