📋 Description
• Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency • Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots • Make sure everything's ready for our pilots before they arrive on site • Tackle any issues that come up on the fly • Be there to support our pilots with any site access or planning needs • Maintain a pulse on the wind industry • Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team • Juggle multiple projects, keeping in touch with pilots in the field • Keep track of everything with daily reports and updates
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and either Spanish, Polish or Swedish • Project management skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), Slack, Coda and Asana • Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements is a nice-to-have • Ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent communication and writing skills
