📋 Description

• The Technical Lead (Telecom) is responsible for supporting daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality data delivery. • This role assists the Analysis Operations Manager in streamlining workflows, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting analysts in adapting to evolving project requirements. • The role also involves guiding team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring analysts' performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in the telecom field. • Leadership: 1-3 years of logistical experience and team guidance or leadership, including task assignment and performance management (or Ability to drive results using data to propose and implement operational improvements alongside the Operations Manager. • Strong independent work skills, including prioritization and problem-solving. • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively within a fully remote workforce. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in technology and drone operations (UAV experience is a plus).
