Requirements

• 10+ years of technology and product engineering leadership experience, preferably within payments or high-transaction environments. • Proven experience in leading Agile product development teams and delivering against a product roadmap in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and product engineering, with a deep understanding of modern technology stacks, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. • Experience collaborating with product management teams to translate business objectives into actionable technical goals. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable products. • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, drive complex projects, and balance competing priorities. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services or payments, including PCI-DSS and SOC2. • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
