Description

• Highly analytical and strategic Staff Data Analyst • Analyzing marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaigns • Collaorating with cross-functional teams • Applying robust marketing attribution models • Utilizing statistical techniques and predictive modeling • Designing and maintaining dashboards • Proactively identifying areas for process improvement • Presenting findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; holding a Master’s degree is a bonus • 10+ years in data analysis, including substantial experience in a role centered around marketing analysis • Proven knowledge of marketing operations and campaign analysis • In-depth experience working with SQL preferably with Snowflake • Demonstrated expertise in traffic analysis tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Adobe Analytics • Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Tableau, Mixpanel & LaunchDarkly dashboards or similar experience with other BI tools • Experience in Data Observability and anomaly detection with tools like Monte Carlo and Metaplane • A nurturing disposition with a history of encouraging team growth and development
