Description
• Provide excellent customer service for US customers • Manage customer shipments from PO raised to delivery • Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Pricing and Procurement • Ensure highest standard for customers and all shipments move on-time • Respond to customer escalations, collaborate with customer success managers to solve issues quickly • Support process improvement or implementing improved processes when required
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills • Understanding when to/ when not to escalate • Challenge the status quo and be part of the solution • Able to react quickly whilst maintaining focus and attention to detail • Embracing change management - short/ medium and long term • EU Languages desirable but not essential • Experience with ERP/ Microsoft Excel, PP + Word • Willing
