• Zencargo is looking for a Product Manager to work for one of our cross-functional Experience Teams. • The role works alongside our other Product Managers to refine our Product Strategy. • This will involve ensuring our strategy is based on good research, codifying key elements and being able to explain these clearly to everyone across the business. • We are looking for candidates who appreciate complexity and love reducing and distilling vast information down to its essence. • Focuses on product validation and is disciplined in exploring key assumptions and risks in our product strategy and business model focused on one persona. • Loves building relationships with your squad to form a high-performing team. • Seek the challenge of leading product strategy for one persona.

Requirements

• Worked as a product manager in a software organisation • Demonstrable passion for the customer • Metric and outcome focus • An ability to develop, communicate and execute a strategic product roadmap • A clear focus on exploring and communicating problem spaces • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organisations
