Requirements

β€’ Solid experience in community management, preferably in a tech or B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Also, proven experience in customer support or customer success. β€’ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex software. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting. β€’ Passionate about technology and eager to help others succeed.
