• Global restaurant brands run their operation on the Crunchtime platform. • Delivering a consistent guest experience across every location and managing food and labor costs are at the core of how Crunchtime’s software is used today in over 125,000 locations across 100+ countries by the world’s top restaurant and foodservice operators. • Customers including Chipotle, Culver’s, Domino’s, Dunkin’, Five Guys and P.F. Chang’s rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits. • The Instructional Designer will partner with the Sr. Director of Learning and Development to develop, deploy, and deliver training programs that result in better users of Crunchtime software and resources, inside and out of the organization. • This person will ensure our training continues to be super accessible, relevant to our learners’ daily lives, and cutting edge in terms of design and presentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in the application of Adult Learning theory and methodology • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Formal and working knowledge of all levels of the instructional design process • Graphic design experience is an advantage • At least 5 years of experience in an e-learning script writing or storyboarding role • Strong ability to present complex concepts and information in an easily understandable format • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines • Equally confident working independently or as part of a team
