Description

ā€¢ Open tickets, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues ā€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve network congestion, routing changes, vendor issues ā€¢ Configure, program, provision, and manage switches and routers ā€¢ Responsibility for network infrastructure integrity ā€¢ Create/maintain/improve support documentation and processes ā€¢ Participate in on-call ā€¢ Plan, research, and design network architectures ā€¢ Ensure timely issue resolution for reported requests/problems

Requirements

ā€¢ Minimum of 3 years networking experience ā€¢ Current CCNA certification (CCNP preferred or equivalent) ā€¢ Advanced understanding of network protocols, firewalls, routers, switching, TCP/IP, STP, VLAN/VXLAN ā€¢ Experience supporting customer environments in a helpdesk/support capacity ā€¢ Knowledge of SDN technologies like OpenFlow a plus ā€¢ Experience with Juniper EX switches, Centec, Cisco switches ā€¢ Excellent written/verbal communication skills ā€¢ Great organizational skills ā€¢ Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines ā€¢ Self-motivated and able to work independently ā€¢ Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English
