📋 Description
• Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Grants Manager to lead grant development. • Responsible for identifying new funding opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals. • Manage funder relationships to support the organization’s financial sustainability. • Oversee compliance, reporting, and data management for grants.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field. • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, or fundraising. • Proven track record of securing and managing significant grant funding. • Excellent writing, research, and project management skills. • Strong ability to translate complex program data into compelling narratives. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Proficiency in grant management databases (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of Google Workspace. • Appreciates a fun, hard-working work environment. • Ability to adapt to changing situations. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams/departments.
