📋 Description

• Seeking a strategic Manager, Donor Engagement & Response for multichannel fundraising efforts • Develop and implement segmentation strategies and oversee direct response campaigns • Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors to enhance retention and pipeline development • Collaborate with fundraising agencies and optimize fundraising technologies • Create compelling donor communications and strengthen donor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, marketing, or related field • Three to five years of experience in direct-response fundraising and individual giving • Epic skills in copywriting and editing to inspire donor action • Proficiency in fundraising technologies (e.g., Blackbaud, Fundraise Up, Double the Donation) • Demonstrated experience in donor segmentation and audience development • Success and enjoyment in donor stewardship, fundraising campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies. • Deep understanding of direct response campaigns, donor acquisition, and retention strategies • Ability to interpret donor behavior and fundraising metrics for informed decision-making • Strong writing abilities for creating donor outreach and recognition materials • Skilled in fostering partnerships with donors, stakeholders, and agencies • Comfortable managing and optimizing fundraising platforms and tools • Ability to work effectively with development teams and leadership to align fundraising goals with mission objectives • Strong project management experience • Seeks a fun, proactive, and trustworthy work environment
