โ€ข Lead brand identity and creative vision for a nonprofit organization. โ€ข Develop comprehensive brand identity that aligns with organizational objectives. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand consistency. โ€ข Establish creative vision for marketing initiatives and campaigns. โ€ข Oversee content creation across various media formats. โ€ข Manage social media strategy and engagement analysis. โ€ข Build and mentor a creative team to ensure high-quality output. โ€ข Advocate for the brand internally and externally in presentations and events. โ€ข Measure brand performance and optimize strategies based on data.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related creative field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus. โ€ข Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, content creation, social media marketing, or a similar leadership role. โ€ข Experience with both nonprofit and for-profit brands. โ€ข Health, agency, and/or media brand experience is a plus. โ€ข Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies, creative campaigns, content initiatives, and media platform transformations. โ€ข Extensive portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work, brand development initiatives, content projects, and media platform successes. โ€ข Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, marketing principles, content creation best practices, and media platform development. โ€ข Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), content management systems, and social media management tools. โ€ข Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills. โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities. โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. โ€ข Adaptability to changing trends, technologies, and market conditions in branding, creative, content, and media platforms.
