📋 Description

• As a key contributor to enhancing Vanta’s brand identity, you will report to the creative director, and collaborate with designers, motion designers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders within the marketing and growth teams. • You’ll push the creative bar, and be the champion of our brand identity system. • Proactively identify the opportunities for the improvement, and create guidelines and templates for the internal and external use. • Work with stakeholders and help develop processes to enable adoption of the identity system throughout the company. • Mentor and guide other designers.

🎯 Requirements

• BFA in graphic design or a similar field • 8+ years of experience in brand design • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills in areas such as typography, editorial design, logo design, and infographics • A solid understanding of graphic design principles and current trends • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, self-manage, and demonstrate leadership • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including experience creating scalable guidelines and templates within Figma
