• ZeroFox seeks a Strategic Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in the United States Federal government. • The Strategic Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. • The Strategic Account Manager will work collaboratively with new sales to meet revenue goals and report directly to the Vice President of Global Partnerships & Public Sector Sales. • Travel, predominantly in the National Capital region, may be required up to 20-30% of the time. • Responsible for renewals and upsales of ZeroFox solutions to achieve target revenue. • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company. • Coordinate the resolution of key client issues and complaints by leveraging the correct internal resources. • Develop a complete understanding of account needs. • Anticipate account changes and improvements. • Manage communications between clients and internal teams. • Strategically plan to improve client results. • Collaborate with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling existing solutions and cross-selling new ones to solve customer business problems. • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and monthly and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and use in future case studies or company training. • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. • Analyze and prepare customer data to provide customer relationship management. • Expand relationships and collaborating with sales representative to evangelize ZeroFox within account. • Act as a liaison between customer and internal business units to manage customer needs.
• Technology sales / account management experience (cyber security preferred), typically obtained in 5+ years • Experience managing and/or selling to enterprise-level United States Government clients, typically obtained in 10+ years • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Goal-orientation, organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams • Self-motivation and self-direction • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills • In-depth understanding of clients and their position in the industry • Eagerness to work with new sales to expand company, clients, and territories • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite
