Description
• Lead the onboarding and risk management program for Zero Hash • Implement KYB/KYC Client Onboarding and conduct periodic account/customer reviews • Conduct due diligence searches using OSINT tools and coordinate with relevant vendors • Maintain understanding of AML regulations and assist in automating compliance department functionality • Regularly update tracking logs for metrics reporting and identify anomalies for escalation
Requirements
• College degree • 3+ years of AML and professional services and direct FinTech compliance experience (particularly B2B2C), including EDD and KYB/KYC in a B2B2C environment • 2+ years of consumer protection-related responsibilities or similar experience • Familiarity working with third-party case management and risk management tools • Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite products • Hardworking and driven • Strong time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units • Strong project management skills, with ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail • Crypto experience a plus • ACAMS or similar certification a plus • Experience with MSBs and securities broker-dealers or commodities futures commission merchants or other BSA-defined financial institutions a plus • Ability to work with international colleagues and familiarity with legal and regulatory regimes outside of the United States a plus • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and 10+ hour work days is essential.
