Description
• Responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and troubleshooting technical issues. • Drive revenue growth by providing technical support throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with sales team to identify potential customers and participate in the sales process. • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations. • Develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. • Provide technical guidance to customers and address their questions and concerns. • Prepare technical proposals and solution designs that meet customer requirements. • Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and stay updated on releases. • Conduct proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate solution feasibility. • Represent the company at industry events and engage with potential customers.
Requirements
• Japanese speaker – a must. • Japan-based or Japan-surrounding countries - a must. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must • Strong technical background with proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information security industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
