Description
• Lead project manager supporting NCDTL Leadership with funder requested initiatives • Responsible for creating and maintaining systems for effective project delivery • Oversight of coordination across leadership team • Assist National Director in tracking outcomes and reporting for projects
Requirements
• At least three years of experience in project management • Strong people management track record • Previous experience supporting the OHS TTA Network • Experience with online communications and team software • Ability to build relationships and influence a broad range of stakeholders • Exceptional reasoning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Effective communication skills, both oral and written • Ability to work pro-actively in a dynamic environment • Focused on achieving team and organizational goals • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality
