• Seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Project Management Teams. • Lead and develop a dynamic group of project managers. • Foster a collaborative environment and drive strategic initiatives. • Ensure successful execution of projects aligned with organizational goals. • Responsibilities include conducting 1:1’s, supporting career pathing, and mentoring team members. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. • EMR/EHR experience required. • PMP Certification a plus. • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to align projects with strategic goals and business objectives. • Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
