Description

• The IS Project Manager for Tenet’s PMO is responsible for successfully leading technology initiatives across the enterprise. • Ensures business cases are completed by appropriate teams for leadership approval. • Measures success with business owners to track program and project value. • Manages comprehensive cost estimates and forecasts effectively. • Oversees resource assignments, risk management, and timely program/project deliverables. • Keeps program on track while allowing flexibility for changing business needs. • Follows Tenet standard methodologies to manage all projects. • Approximately 25% travel to corporate office in Dallas, TX if remote based. • Conducts a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check on the final candidate.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years as a strategic Project Manager of progressively more complex and large scale initiatives preferred • Solid Healthcare and Infrastructure system implementation experience • Strong knowledge of financial principles • An industry standard process management certification is preferred. • A bachelor’s degree in project management, healthcare or computer science is preferred. • Required expertise in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. • Proficient in Visio or equivalent process mapping tool. • Familiar with ServiceNow Project Management or equivalent project management tool. • Knowledge of Apptio financial management or equivalent financial management tool.
