• This role will be the glue that holds our teams together for all new innovation projects, reformulations, tech transfers, and packaging updates. • Report to the Senior Director of Product Development. • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, thrives in dynamic collaborative environments, and doesn’t back down from a challenge. • Manage briefs for NPD launches + work directly with the PD team on both formula and packaging development. • Manage timelines and lead crossfunctional status meetings to review progress against timelines. • Coordinate activities across various team members to create and execute necessary timelines and activities. • Clearly document and monitor all timeline milestones across teams, set due dates/make revisions as needed. • Develop, implement, and manage stage gate framework process for new innovation projects. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks for on-time execution within quality expectations. • Serve as point of contact for project meetings to drive communication and action needed for project execution. • Partner with various departments to develop and maintain a smooth review and artwork handoff process.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience in cosmetic and personal care products (including OTC) • Proficiency in Wrike; Airtable experience also preferred but not required • Proactive, creative approach to problem solving • Is a team player and approaches cross functional projects with a collaborative attitude • Is comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment while keeping follow-through and deliverables on time
