ā€¢Preside over a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success ā€¢Develop positive relationships with clients ā€¢Assist clients through onboarding process ā€¢Facilitate client onboarding issues with relevant departments ā€¢Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks ā€¢Report on the status of accounts and transactions ā€¢Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) ā€¢Indicate actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth ā€¢Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business

Requirements

ā€¢Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive ā€¢Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience ā€¢Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) ā€¢Understanding of sales performance metrics ā€¢Excellent communication and negotiation skills ā€¢An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time ā€¢Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
