Description

• Design, configure, test, launch and support audit compliant technology solutions • Partner with various teams to drive end to end solutions • Provide Level 2 support to solve incidents and resolve system issues • Find opportunities by researching new Zuora functionality • Evaluate new Finance technology applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience • 7+ years of finance business systems configuration experience • 5+ years of experience designing and supporting Zuora Revenue • Expert level proficiency in Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue and Workday Financials • Ability to understand end to end finance business processes • Ability to drive projects independently • Strong collaboration skills • Strong ownership, excellent communication, and collaboration skills • Focus on continuous improvement • Experience in full software development lifecycle • Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA • Zuora certification is preferred
