📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager with a decade of expertise in high-volume hourly recruitment. • This role focuses on sourcing and hiring for our Manufacturing, Customer Care, and Clinical Operations sectors. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives on a global scale, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our dynamic growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume hourly recruitment in Manufacturing, Customer Care, or Clinical Operations • Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams across multiple regions or countries • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, tools, and technologies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
