📋 Description
• Zipdev is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our client, a dynamic company led by a fast-moving CEO. • The EA will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping manage communications, scheduling, CRM updates, and light sales support. • This fully remote position requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently while handling sensitive information with professionalism.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high-level admin role. • Experience supporting C-level executives remotely. • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and WhatsApp. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). • Ability to work Pacific Time hours (LATAM-based candidates preferred). • Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools, productivity platforms, and cloud storage. • High emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.
