• As the User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for digital products and services. • This role involves conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • You will act as an advocate for the user, balancing business goals with user needs. • Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills are essential to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions. • Conduct user research through various methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing). • Develop clear and logical information architectures to organize content and functionality. • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. • Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that enhance user experience. • Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate designs and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. • Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products. • Analyze user data and metrics to inform design decisions.
• 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product-based environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and high-quality design solutions. • Advanced skills in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). • Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions. • Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of solving complex design challenges. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a commitment to creating intuitive, accessible designs. • Currently living in Latin America
