Description

• Zipdev is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Representative based in Mexico to drive client acquisition efforts in the remote staffing industry. • The right candidate will possess extensive knowledge of recruitment, strong industry contacts, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to work independently. • This individual must be self-driven, results-oriented, and ready to leverage their existing network to contribute to Zipdev’s growth in providing remote staffing solutions across various industries. • Lead sales initiatives to secure new clients in the US remote staffing market, particularly focusing on mid-sized to enterprise-level companies across various industries. • Utilize your industry knowledge and existing relationships to generate high-quality leads and build a robust client portfolio. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations. • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets, driving significant revenue growth for Zipdev through remote staffing solutions. • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, new client acquisition, and market insights. • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand your network. • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Suite to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of sales experience in recruitment or a related industry, with a strong focus on client acquisition. • Proven history of scaling sales in both small and large companies, with demonstrable revenue growth. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision, hitting the ground running. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and build long-term relationships. • Willingness to travel both within Mexico and to the US as required. • Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Valid tourist Visa to travel to the US.
